Ordering

Order is written in amounts of 10s for vials and Tablets, and in 100s for ampoules and sent to us via email, minimum 1500eur for a sample order.

Stock Confirmation – Invoice

After order is being received, stock is rechecked for quantities available, or changes made regards stock available. After all order confirmed, an invoice is sent out with total amount needed to pay with payment details.

Payment Received – Delivery

After payment received, order will be shipped out with in 48-72hrs. Tracking number will be supplied with information where it can be tracked.

Order Received

Throughout whole delivery process till order is in your hands, we leave open communication. Delivery with in EU takes around 3-7 working days.
